How do I purchase from your online store?
You can find products by category or by searching if you know what you are looking for. Add the items you wish to purchase to your basket, and then proceed to the checkout. Our checkout is 100% secure and none of your card details are stored on our website.
Who can and can’t take your products?

Depending on the product, results for most supplements and weight-loss products vary from person to person and from product to product.

What currencies do you support?
Our website can be viewed in a wide variety of currencies, including Euros, US Dollars and Australian Dollars. You can choose your preferred currency from our drop-down option at the top of the page. Orders will be charged in GBP at the checkout.
Do I need to register to buy products?
You’ll be pleased to know that we don’t ask to you register in order to make purchases on our website. However, you may register if you prefer as it makes it easier for returning customers, this enables the delivery & invoice address(es) to be saved for future reference, as repeating long addresses can take time.

I want to cancel my order.
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please email or phone us requesting it to be cancelled. If your order has already been dispatched, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may return the unopened item(s) for a refund.
Returns & Refunds
In the event that you order then change your mind, any unopened items can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund without questions asked. We cannot accept returns for items that have been open.
